Malyna Phan have been with CAAPS for almost 7 years now. She is the Branch Manager of LoanDepot in Elk Grove and passionate about helping the business community find a voice.
Cyndee Castle
Board Member
Cyndee Castle is rooted in the Filipino Community, representing the local Filipino businesses. She is the Founder and CEO of Cleia Skin Louge, passionate about helping people look their best.
Thomas Quach

Thomas is the owner of Pho Bolsa and Koja Kithcen Downtown Sacramento. He is passionate about helping local restaurants succeed.

Norman Fong is a retired Executive Vice President of the California Northstate University (CNU). His is also the Founder and President of the Friends of Sacramento Chinatown Square.

Toni wants to make a difference for the API community through her work in the community. She is an Attorney who helps many small businesses throughout California.

Weiwei is the owner of Fair Oaks Brew Pub. She supports the mission by helping API run for elected office and governmental appointments to secure a stronger voice for the API Community.

Kris has dedicated over 20 years for AARP as an Outreach and Community Engagement Manager, overseeing various programs and development initiatives in Sacramento.

Mary is the Owner and Operator of many McDonalds throughout Northern California. He advocates for the API-owed businesses and support the local businesses through her work at CAAPS.
Henry Li
Board of Advisor
Henry is the CEO & General Manager of the Sacramento Regional Transit. He has worked with CAAPS for over 9 years now and partners with CAAPS for the Annual Lantern Festival.
Jenny Pai

Jenny Pai is the VP of US Bank and invested in supporting local business and the API community. She brings her a deep understanding of finances to help the local business owners.
